With Spring in the air and in the step of many poker players, a new three-week festival has been scheduled on GGPoker, with an incredible $100 million up for grabs. The WSOP Spring Online Circuit tournament series, which runs from March 24th to April 17th will award no less than 18 WSOP Circuit ring events, with the prestigious prizes highly sought after in the game.

Millions on Offer on GGPoker

The $100 million in guarantees is no light boast from the mushrooming poker brand. With popular online events such as the GGPoker Sunday Million Super High Roller and weekly Super MILLION$ events consistently drawing big numbers in terms of elite players, the WSOP Spring Online Circuit series undoubtedly rewards players with lower bankrolls.

There are 18 WSOP Circuit ring events, with the rise in their popularity highlighted in recent times by the success of Global Poker Award winner Jamie Kerstetter, who hadn’t won a WSOPC in 10 years of trying before winning two in a matter of weeks.

Whoever wins a WSOP Circuit ring during the Spring Online Circuit festival will take home the WSOP gold ring and of course the top prize for that event. A dozen of the events will guarantee a minimum of $1 million in prizes, while the $525-entry Main Event guarantees $5 million.

Kid Poker Can’t Wait

Every WSOP Circuit ring event will see the victor take home some additional prizes, such as entry into a $1,500 buy-in WSOP bracelet event in Las Vegas later this summer. Whoever wins the $525-entry WSOP Online Spring Circuit Main Event will be invited to join GGPoker’s Team Champions in Sin City itself.

GGPoker Global Ambassador Daniel Negreanu, who has won six World Series of Poker bracelets in his glittering poker career, is excited about the whole series.

“With at least $100m and 18 WSOP gold rings up for grabs, the WSOP Spring Online Circuit is something for all players to look forward to,” he said. “You can sit into a WSOP event for just $50, which means absolutely anyone can set their sights on a WSOP gold ring.”

The lower buy-in WSOP events have taken some hits over recent years but post-pandemic, it is seen widely as a really good thing for the game that more players will fire for WSOP glory in WSOP-C events.

A Helping Hand for Ukraine

One of the most symbolic events of the series will take place on April 16th, as the $1,111-entry Red Cross Charity No Limit Hold’em Event will raise vital funds for the relief effort out in Ukraine. The registration fee of $111 will go directly to the Ukrainian Red Cross, which is saving lives and rebuilding the lives of others in the country that has been devastated by the ongoing war in the region.

Players who take part in the online series will be able to qualify for literal pennies. The very first event of the series, Event #1, the Big 500 NLHE Spring Kick-Off takes place later this week and features satellites that cost from just $0.50 to play.

Here are a few of the terrific events on offer during what promises to be an exciting series for players with all manner of bankrolls.
